Jay Rosloniec practices in the areas of general business law, taxation, real estate and estate planning. Jay represents individuals, corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies with acquisitions and sales of businesses, formation of business entities and business restructuring. He advises clients in a variety of tax matters including business entity formation, reorganizations, sales, mergers, acquisitions and 1031 like-kind exchanges. Jay also assists clients with real estate acquisitions and sales. He advises lenders and borrowers regarding commercial loan transactions and financing. Jay is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the Colorado State Bar and the American Bar Association. He graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor of arts degree, from the University of Denver College of Law with a juris doctorate and from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with a LL.M. in taxation.
